Payment
Full payment must be received before we commence with the order. Payment methods include Cheque, Money Order, Bank Deposit or PayPal on request. Bank Deposit is preferred as it is the fastest method.
Cancellation of Order
After payment has been made, fees may apply for cancellation. You will not be responsible for cancellation fees if your tees don't turn up on time.
Artwork Fees
If artwork is not supplied in correct format, artwork charges may apply. Some minor artwork changes may be done at no cost. We will let you know if your artwork needs fixing.
Returns
Returns will be accepted where there is a fault in the product supplied or a differentiation from the printing shown in the Mockup. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection within 14 days of receiving the order.
Colours
All colours pictured on this website are only indicative. If exact colour matching is required please request a sample.
Copyright
You will retain all the rights to your design image, however we reserve the right to display a photograph of your t-shirt on our website and promotional material (to show the world how good it looks!).
